This Payment & Refund Policy applies to all kitchen and bath remodeling services provided by I. M. Loved, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") through the website imlovedservice.com . By booking our services, clients ("you" or "your") agree to comply with these terms in accordance with U.S. federal and state consumer protection laws.
Full or partial payment is required at the time of booking or as specified in a written service agreement. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, verified online payment platforms, and electronic bank transfers. All payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Any errors or incomplete details may delay scheduling or service delivery.
Refunds are generally not issued once work has begun due to the custom nature of kitchen and bath remodeling. Refunds may be granted at the Company's discretion in situations including:
Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 72 hours notice for eligibility of a partial refund, after deducting administrative fees. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Custom-designed packages, materials purchased for the project, or additional services ordered in advance are non-refundable once work has commenced, due to preparation and material acquisition costs.
Clients with questions or disputes about payments or refunds should contact the Company directly. Any unresolved issues may be addressed under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws. Initiating chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of future services.
